CONDUCT OF PASSENGERS
Direct Travel reserves the right to refuse transport to any person or
persons who are highly intoxicated, for the safety of the driver and
other passengers
The hirer is responsible for the conduct of passengers and for any
damage caused to the vehicle or equipment by the passengers during the
hire period.
The company reserves the right to charge a standard £44 fee for the
cleaning of the vehicle if it is soiled (ie: vomit, urine etc)
NO DRINKING OF ALCOHOL, no eating, except with the drivers permission.
All vehicles are non smoking.
ROUTE & TIME VARIATION
Should a vehicle be detained by the hirer, or taken on a longer journey
than that contracted for, the company reserves the right to make an
additional charge commensurate with the cost incurred. During the
hiring, the driver must be the judge of the reasonableness of any
request for a change of route or time.
In any event, the vehicle will depart at the agreed time. Whilst we will
give our best advice on journey times and endeavour to meet journey time
schedules, we cannot accept responsibility for the consequence of these
delays which we cannot foresee or are beyond our control.
APPLICATION.
These conditions apply whether the contract has been made verbally or in
writing.
CONFIRMATION
All Airport and Seaport bookings require a
standard £25 deposit
